MY STORY
Iโm Angelina – a Certified NLP Practitioner studying towards ICF coaching and mindfulness credentials. I’m also a senior leader and business consultant with more than 20 years experience in high-pressure corporate and entrepreneurial environments. My coaching approach combines fundamentals from business strategy and evidence-based methods based on neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness. I developed a transformational self-leadership framework to help women get clear about why they are struggling – and how to give themselves clarity – and relief.

Three years ago, I experienced a full system meltdown. The strategies, routines, and coping mechanisms that had helped me succeed for years suddenly stopped workingโ and the harder I tried, the worse I felt. I was exhausted and barely functioning โ but pushed harder and harder. ย I didnโt know that I had undiagnosed ADHD – that, plus being a mother, working a high-stress Executive job, and having some underlying health issues – led to the total collapse of my mental, physical, and emotional health.
It was disorienting and scary โ and I felt very alone. Since then, Iโve realized how many adults, especially those of us with ADHD, look โfineโ on the outside while being completely and utterly exhausted in reality.ย And I got super curious about why.

We can learn how to self-assess, diagnose, and address the root causes of overwhelm, exhaustion, and common ADHD symptoms like lack of focus and task paralysis.
