Iโ€™m Angelina – a Certified NLP Practitioner studying towards ICF coaching and mindfulness credentials. Three years ago, I experienced a full system meltdown. The things that worked for years didn’t work anymore – and the harder I tried, the worse I felt. I was exhausted and barely functioning – but pushed harder and harder and hid how much I was struggling.

The 4A Anchor Process

The 4A Anchor Process is designed to equip women to create capacity so they can navigate life changes and shifts in identity with clarity and confidence.

This self-leadership framework was inspired by work in strategy and organizational effectiveness, and by gaps I saw in the personal development space as I worked through my own series of life changes and identity shifts.

First, step back and assess current state (AWARENESS). To do this, we use:

  • A 4-Dimensional Life Satisfaction Assessment Tool, and
  • An Energy and Capacity Assessment Tool.

Then, decide how you want to show up and what impact you want to have (AUTHENTICITY). To do this, we provide:

  • A Values Based Decision Making Guide, and
  • A Directional Vision Map.

Next, figure out what is required to become the person who has that impact and get properly resourced (ACCEPTANCE). This aspect of the framework includes:

  • An Inner Signals Guide, and
  • An Emotional Regulation and Grounding Toolkit.

And finally – take intentional action, reflect, learn, adjust, and keep taking the next right step in the direction you want to go (AGENCY).

  • An Awareness-to-Agency Guide, and
  • A Lead Yourself First Toolkit.

The limitation of most leadership and personal development programs is their bias to make you PERFORM better and DO more – not to live confidently within your capacity.
